Coast Foot Care

Helen Kitson, TCFCPDip, is the foot care practitioner and Reflexologist for Coast Foot Care, a mobile service for Mersea Island, Essex and the Colchester area. After studying anatomy and physiology, Helen trained at the College of Foot Care Practitioners in King’s Lynn. She is also a qualified Reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexology and has a practitioners diploma in manicures and pedicures.
